About the role
Every movement needs people on the ground who genuinely believe in it and love to share it. That's the Ambassador. You're the grassroots layer of the P2P Foundation โ the person spreading awareness in your city, onboarding new merchants and users, and supporting the Circle Admins and Country Lead in your market.
It's a flexible, accessible way in. You don't need to run a circle or manage a budget โ but you do need real reach: an active, engaged following on X, Instagram, or TikTok that you can put to work spreading the word. Bring that, plus energy and a belief in peer-to-peer finance, and you can do this alongside your studies or your job โ growing into bigger roles as you prove yourself.
What you'll do
- Spread the word. Tell people about the P2P Foundation โ online, in person, in your communities.
- Onboard newcomers. Help new merchants and users take their first steps into the network.
- Run local meetups. Organise or support small events, workshops, and gatherings that build community.
- Create & translate content. Make posts, explainers, and localised materials that resonate where you live.
- Support the team. Be the extra pair of hands for your Circle Admins and Country Lead โ feedback, referrals, and local know-how.
- Be a friendly first contact. Answer questions and point people to the right place, so newcomers feel welcome.
How you're paid
$100โ$200 per month
Ambassadors earn between $100 and $200 a month, set by your tier and activity level. Start out, show up, and deliver โ the more impact you make in your community, the higher your tier and your monthly earnings. It's a flexible commitment that fits around the rest of your life.
Who we're looking for
- A strong social media following โ this one's a must. An active, engaged presence on X, Instagram, or TikTok that you can use to spread the word and bring people in.
- Social, outgoing, and genuinely well-connected in your community.
- Passionate about peer-to-peer finance, crypto, or financial freedom.
- A strong communicator โ comfortable talking to people online and in person.
- Reliable and self-motivated โ you follow through without being chased.
- Bonus: content-creation skills, event organising, or local languages.
- No formal work experience needed โ but real social reach and hustle are essential.
A week in the life
You might share a few posts about the network, help a new merchant get onboarded, answer questions in a local group chat, and help your Circle Admin spread the word about a meetup. It's light, flexible, and fits around whatever else you're doing. Put in more, earn more, and rise through the tiers.
Why start here
- Easy way in. No budget or circle to run โ just get involved and make an impact.
- Flexible & part-time friendly. Do it alongside school, work, or other projects.
- A launchpad. Great Ambassadors are first in line to become Circle Admins and Country Leads.
- Be part of something. Help build a fairer, peer-to-peer economy from the ground up.
