About the role
A Circle of Trust is a vetted group of P2P merchants who provide peer-to-peer liquidity in a local market โ the on-ramps and off-ramps that let ordinary people transact safely. The Circle Admin is the person who builds that circle and keeps it strong. Country Leads and Ambassadors help you grow it โ but you're the one who holds the trust at its centre.
Think of yourself as the founder and operator of a local franchise. You recruit the merchants, you vet them for trust, you onboard them, you keep the peace when disputes arise, and you make sure there's always enough liquidity to meet demand. The more volume your circle processes, the more you earn โ so your incentives are perfectly aligned with building something real.
This is ideal for a well-connected, trustworthy local operator: someone who knows their community, can bring people together, and enjoys running the show.
What you'll do
- Recruit merchants. Find and sign the traders, shop owners, and operators who will make up your circle.
- Vet for trust. Screen every member so the circle stays safe and reputable โ trust is the whole product.
- Onboard and train. Get each merchant set up with the tools, rules, and best practices to transact smoothly.
- Manage liquidity. Keep enough capacity in the circle so trades clear quickly and reliably.
- Resolve disputes. Be the fair, level-headed referee when something goes wrong between members.
- Grow the volume. Drive more merchants, more activity, and more transaction volume โ the core metric your commission is built on.
- Uphold standards. Enforce the Foundation's code of conduct and compliance basics so the circle protects everyone in it.
How you're paid
$400/month minimum base + commission on volume
You start with a guaranteed $400/month base. On top of that, you earn a commission on the total transaction volume your circle processes. Build a bigger, busier, more trusted circle and your commission climbs with it โ with no cap. Your earnings are a direct reflection of the value your circle creates.
The best Circle Admins treat this like their own business: they recruit steadily, keep merchants happy, and compound their volume month over month.

A week in the life
You might spend part of your week meeting prospective merchants and vetting them, part checking that liquidity is healthy and trades are clearing, and part handling any disputes or questions from your members. As your circle matures, more of your time goes into growth โ bringing in new merchants and pushing volume higher. You choose when and how much you work; the role is flexible and results-driven.
