About the role

The Country Lead is the biggest role you can take on in the P2P Foundation โ€” and the one with the most ownership. Where a Circle Admin builds one merchant circle and an Ambassador rallies one community, you drive them all across an entire country.

You're part operator, part growth marketer, part community builder. You decide where to focus, who to recruit, how to spend the marketing budget, and how fast the network scales. When your country's transaction volume climbs, when new circles come online, when the brand becomes a name people know โ€” that's on you, and that's the fun of it.

This is for high-agency people who want to run their own show and prove what they can do โ€” not tick boxes on someone else's checklist. You don't need a big title or a corporate CV. If you've hustled a business off the ground, organised a community, turned an idea into something real, or just made things happen with grit and a good network โ€” you already have what this takes.

What you'll do

  • Own the country strategy. Set targets for volume, active merchants, circles, and users. Decide which cities and segments to attack first.
  • Recruit and lead the team. Hire, onboard, and support Circle Admins and Ambassadors across your country. Their success is your success.
  • Deploy marketing capital. You're given a budget to grow the network โ€” campaigns, partnerships, events, incentives, referrals. You decide how to spend it for maximum return, and you earn a percentage on the capital you effectively deploy.
  • Build local partnerships. Merchant associations, community organisations, influencers, payment ecosystems โ€” open the doors that unlock scale.
  • Represent the Foundation. Be the trusted local face โ€” at meetups, in the press, and with regulators and partners where relevant.
  • Report on what matters. Keep a tight pulse on your country's KPIs and share what's working so the whole network learns.

How you're paid

$400/month minimum base + performance commission

On top of your guaranteed base, you earn a percentage commission on the marketing capital you deploy to grow the network. The more effectively you put capital to work โ€” and the more growth it produces โ€” the more you earn. There is no cap. Your compensation scales directly with the size and health of the market you build.

In practice: the $400 base is your floor, not your ceiling. Country Leads who deploy capital well and grow their market fast are the highest earners in the network.

Who we're looking for

  • High agency. You make things happen without waiting for permission โ€” you'd rather own the outcome than be handed a script.
  • Hustle, with something to prove. You're hungry to build your first big thing and show the world what you're capable of.
  • Real-world experience. You've already run something โ€” a side business, a community, a team, a project โ€” and you know how to get things done outside a classroom.
  • Deep knowledge of your country: its cities, communities, commerce, and how money actually moves.
  • Comfortable making marketing and budget calls โ€” you know how to turn spend into growth.
  • People rally around you, and you like building and backing a team.
  • A genuine belief in peer-to-peer finance and financial freedom.
  • Bonus: any experience in crypto, fintech, payments, sales, or community-led growth.

A week in the life

Mornings might mean a check-in with your Circle Admins on liquidity and volume. Afternoons could be a partnership call with a merchant association, reviewing where your marketing budget is landing, or planning a launch event in a new city. Some weeks you're recruiting a new Ambassador cohort; others you're doubling down on the campaign that's outperforming. You set the rhythm โ€” the role is flexible by design.
